Easy Work-Out you can try at Home




You can get a good workout at home without equipment. The best routine depends on your goal (weight loss, strength, flexibility, or general fitness), but these exercises are a good starting point.








Beginner Home Exercise Routine



Warm-up (3–5 minutes)

  • March in place
  • Arm circles
  • Shoulder rolls
  • Light stretching



Full-body exercises (10-15 minutes)


1. Squats (Legs + Core)


How:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Lower your hips as if sitting in a chair.
  • Keep your back straight.
  • Stand back up.

Do: 10–15 repetitions



2. Wall Push-ups (Chest + Arms)


How:

  • Place hands on a wall.
  • Bend your elbows to bring your body closer.
  • Push back.

Do: 10–15 repetitions


(Progress to knee push-ups, then regular push-ups.)




3. Glute Bridges (Hips + Lower Body)


How:

  • Lie on your back with knees bent.
  • Lift your hips upward.
  • Squeeze your glutes.
  • Lower slowly.

Do: 12–15 repetitions



4. Plank (Core)


How:

  • Place forearms on the floor.
  • Keep your body in a straight line.
  • Tighten your stomach.

Hold: 15–30 seconds



5. Mountain Climbers (Cardio + Core)


How:

  • Start in a push-up position.
  • Bring one knee toward your chest, then switch.

Do: 20–30 seconds




6. Lunges (Legs + Balance)


How:

  • Step one foot forward.
  • Lower your body until both knees bend.
  • Push back up.

Do: 8–12 each leg






Simple weekly schedule:


3–5 days per week:

  • Squats: 3 sets
  • Wall/knee push-ups: 3 sets
  • Glute bridges: 3 sets
  • Plank: 3 rounds
  • Mountain climbers: 3 rounds


Add walking on other days if possible.



Tips for better results:

  • Start slowly and increase gradually.
  • Focus on correct form instead of speed.
  • Rest when your body needs it.
  • Drink enough water.
  • Combine exercise with balanced eating for fat loss or a flatter tummy.
